A Women's Immersion in Healing & Wholeness

The Way Home

Come to be Held.

The 2026 retreat has closed. Thank you to the women who came home to themselves with us this September. Join the list below to hear first about the next gathering May 20-23, 2027.

You are not broken. You are tired of holding it alone.

Something is being asked of women right now that nobody is naming. You feel it in your body before you can explain it: the low hum of uncertainty, the weight of holding more than you were built to hold. You are not new to this work. Therapy, the books, the practices you keep meaning to return to. You have done real things. And still, when did you last put all of it down? These days are a sacred pause. Time to stop managing, stop anticipating, stop being the one who keeps it together. We are not here to fix you or hand you something you are missing. You already carry what you need. What happens here is that you remember it, in your body, not your head, and that you are witnessed while you do.

To walk your path alone is common.
To be witnessed in community is rare.

You might recognize yourself here

Not everyone belongs in this circle. Some women will read this and know.

The one who holds it

Your family runs on you

You could name what every person in your house needs without thinking. And you go quiet when someone asks what you need.

Grieving

You lost a loved one

And you have found that grief needs more than words, and more than one person to hold it.

Already working

You have done the work

Energetic healing, inner work, years of talk therapy. You can feel there is a layer underneath that talking has not reached.

Stuck

You are up against something

You cannot quite name it, and you are tired of pushing at it from the same angle.

Asking

Am I living in my purpose?

You want time in nature, quiet, and honest company, long enough to hear yourself answer.

Every woman

A brave space

All women are welcome here. Women of every age and every path. This is not a space where nothing difficult is ever said. It is one where you are safe enough to say it.

What you experienced

2 Private Healing Sessions

-90 min. Traditional Chinese Medicine and Intuitive Ancestral Reading with Ekani: Ekani's work weaves together nervous system regulation, somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, energy healing, and intuitive insight to support lasting change from the inside out. She creates a space where you feel deeply seen and supported, without needing to explain or perform. Her intention is that you leave more grounded, more clear, and more able to trust yourself.

-90 min. Shamanic Session with Cat: You come with an intention, something you are ready to release or a question you have been carrying. You lie down and breathe while I hold the space. Bodies release differently: tears, shaking, sound, stillness. None of it is required, and none of it is too much. My work is to make the room safe enough that you stop managing yourself and let something move.

Somatic Dance

Trauma and emotional release through ritual medicine dance. Movement without choreography, led by Treestar.

Soul Facilitated Dance Journey

Treestar will facilitate a sacred ceremony with guidance. The centerpiece of the weekend, held with care from beginning to end. Her work is not choreography to learn but a practice of following what your body already knows. No dance experience is needed, and there is nothing to get right.

Art Anchor Integration Workshop

Opening is only half the work. After the soul journey we rest, then gather for shamanic collage, building something from image and color that holds what moved through you and gives it somewhere to land. No art experience needed.

Cacao Ceremony

Heart-opening, held in circle. A time of warmth, slowness, and being together without agenda.

Vocal Embodiment

Finding the voice you have kept quiet. No singing ability required, and no performance of any kind.

Self-Protection Energy Practices

Do you tend to feel exhausted? Learn how to clear your energy field, recall your energy back from the day, and protect your energy field and location.

Morning Movement, Meditation
& Qi Gong

Daily embodiment practice with Ekani. A gentle way into each morning after going to bed early.

Women's Circle
& Authentic Relating

Witnessed, connected and held. Honest speaking and deep listening, in a circle where nothing needs explaining.

We welcome you to rejoice, play, and to drop into your power and sensuality.
